In the dates 31st of October and 1st of November 2022, the second TPM (Transnational Project Meeting) of our project “E-ducation Platform and Practices for Especially Arts-abled Schools and Families (Arts abled)” -Contract number: 2021-1-ES01-KA220-SCH-00027905 was held in Anamur, Turkey. The TPM was hosted by Anamur Baykuş Art and Literature Center with the support of their local partner “Anamur District Directorate of National Education”.
There were in total 10 participants into this TPM and 2 persons represented all of the partner organizations -DIDEAS and DINSERTA from Spain, Associazione Let's Keep Learning Onlus (LKL) from Italy, Baykuş Sanat ve Edebiyat Merkezi and Anamur İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü from Turkey.
On 31 of October 2022, Monday, the TPM began with the welcoming of the participants by the legal representatives of Baykuş Sanat ve Edebiyat Merkezi and Anamur İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü. Then the program went on with the introductory speech of the project coordinator from DIDEAS (David Bayona Cuallado). He shortly summarized the main topics of the meeting such as its goals, expectations and results. After a brief information was given by the hosting organization -Baykuş Art and Literature Centre- about the activities held in the classes by the educators of art and special needs within the local partnership of Anamur İlçe Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü & Baykuş Literature and Art Centre together. The participants of the TPM went on the evaluation of the realization process of piloting activities in Anamur and discussion about these piloting activities' implications for and reflections upon our 1st Project Output (Methodological Framework, Practices For Interconnecting Arts & SNE - Setting Up An E-platform).
In the afternoon, number of the days and works and templates of activity reporting document that will be needed for fullfilling the practices of the PR-1 for every partner was determined after the recommendations by all the partner organizations listened. It was determined that all the activities and the videos would be reported and organized by using the same template. The coordinator organization -Dideas- would collect all the files coming from the partner organizations and will use a template to make it all homogeneous.
On 01 of November 2022, Tuesday, every step that would be followed in the order to attain a qualified and successful project result was discussed. It was determined that after the preparation of «Activity template», the educators would be informed about the objectives/verbs from the “Bloom Taxonomy” and the way how to choose them in accordance with the profile of their pupils.
In the afternoon, some important dates of the project activities were set by a consensus of all the partners. It was decided that Dideas would setup the e-platform until the end of December and all the partner organizations would create their art activities and finish to prepare their files until 31 of December 2022. The dates for TPMs and LTTs were also agreed on. 2nd LTT would be held between the dates 25th - 27th of January 2023 by the hosting of Dinserta (in Valencia). The 3rd TPM would be also held in Valencia on 27th of January 2023. Our 3rd LTT will be hosted by LKL (in Vasto, Italy) and will be organized between the dates 22nd - 24th of May 2023. At the end of the meeting, dissemination activities of the project and important issues about the interim report that will be submitted to Spanish National Agency were focused on. Then the coordinator presented the slide focusing on the following stages and steps of the project and how to further expand the impact of the project and how to ensure its sustainability.
